Aluminum foil lining paper benefits & features:
Good Stiffness: The paper itself has considerable rigidity. After lamination with aluminum foil, it provides better support, resulting in stiff and well-shaped packaging that is easy to form and fill.
Excellent Lamination Effect: The rough wire side, when laminated to aluminum foil with adhesive, offers a larger contact area and mechanical bonding, resulting in very high laminate strength (peel strength) and reducing the risk of delamination.
Aluminum foil lining paper application:
1. Food packaging
like pouches and packs for potato chips, nuts, biscuits and puffed snacks. The foil provides moisture, light, and aroma barriers, while the kraft paper provides strength and attractive printing.
2. Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Product Packaging
